Save the Date Cafe

An environmentally conscious cafe providing delicious meals created from produce that has essentially been thrown away. That doesn't mean it's bad, it means stock has been mismanaged. Edible items that are still perfectly good for human consumption are rescued, whipped up into something tasty, and offered up on a 'pay as you feel' it's worth basis.
