The name means 'Real Flavour' and Beckenham's 'Sapore Vero' pizzeria aims to deliver it. The 13" bases, made from slow-rising dough, are topped with a tomato sauce prepared in-house and, once they've been topped further with everything from mozzarella (classic Margherita) to fresh sausage direct from Umbria (Norcina), pizzas are finished off in the traditional wood-fired oven.
