Meat and truffles combine at this swish new Mayfair restaurant and bar. It's set over two floors on, yep, Sackville Street, with the basement home to a bar and the first floor dining room set up for 42, plus another four up at the counter with views of the open kitchen.
The menu goes big on black truffle - all carefully sourced from Croatia by head chef Wayne Dixon. And while pricey steaks are the truffles' main bedfellows there are truffle-based bar snacks, pasta dishes and poussin, too. Burgers also feature but don't worry, the patties are made with wagyu beef, so it's not exactly street food fare.
They've also nabbed a mixologist from Pollen Street Social, so expect some very good cocktails.
