Time Out says

Rum and Sugar has replaced 1802 as the ‘bar, lounge, restaurant’ for the Museum of London Docklands. The space is the same, part of Grade I-listed warehouses built in, yes, 1802. Food is fairly basic bar stuff, and brief: three or four each of sharing platters, salads, burgers, meat and fish dishes. The prices are somewhat high for this type of place.

The drinks list gives grudging acceptance of the existence of other spirits, but it is rather magnificently dominated by rum - cocktails, including monthly specials, and especially a full page of rum (double shots) from nearly every country where the stuff is distilled.
