Three Michelin-starred chef Alain Ducasse has put his protégé, Alexandre Nicolas, in charge of Rivea Restaurant – bringing Mediterranean flavours to this Bulgari Hotel restaurant.
The kitchen cooks everything ‘à la provencale’ and delivers a wide range of Franco-Italian classics: tomatoes and mozzarella salad, cod brandade, or sautéed gamberoni, squid and cuttlefish.
A long wine list focuses on France and Italy, with options divided into regions. Keep an eye out for what should be good-value set lunches.
