There's some intriguing decor at this recently-renamed restaurant and bar at the swanky Sanctum Soho hotel. Most of that's down to some fascinatingly left-field artwork, all of which is purchasable, should any pieces tickle your fancy.
There's certainly plenty of choice when it comes to the food, with dishes influenced by cuisines across the globe. Expect, then, fancy-looking plates of pan-seared sea bass with pappardelle vongole, rump of lamb with saffron potato, tender stem broccoli, spinach and red wine jus, and rainbow trout with celeriac, samphire, fennel, spinach and carrot jus. A lobster and strawberry salad with Champagne foam shows the kitchen's creative slant.
A short wine list is similarly global in outlook, with worlds old and new evenly represented. There's a baker's dozen available by the glass.
