A street food venture with a permanent stall at Portobello Green Market every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. They move around at other times, taking their wares to festivals, markets and parties across London and beyond. And their speciality? High quality fries.
They're hand-cut every day from British potatoes, double-fried in quality sunflower oil and then served on their own, with one of four cheeses or with a parmesan and garlic mayo. Dips look interesting, with options including Asian, mustard and onion, barbecue and a hot sauce – called 'Mr Brainwash'.
They're served in cones – choose from jumbo, medium and small.
