Billed as the UK's 'first entirely vegan food hub', Plant-Based Pit Stop (PBPS) is home to products from four plant-based vendors under one roof. There's Mother Works, plucked straight from east London, which will deal in superfood-laden breakfasts and lunches, or for something sweet, you may prefer Vida Bakery, where the signature bake is a rainbow cake. Elsewhere, you'll find salad bowls from Palm Greens and a vegan and gluten-free creperie called Pipoca. Pitched squarely at local workers and commuters, PBPS is open daily from 7am daily.
