Calling all fermentation bros and lovers of briny liquids, the world's first pickle-based afternoon tea is hitting London this month. This isn't your standard Victoria sponges, cucumber sandwiches and tepid Earl Grey, as every item of food and cocktail on the menu will have some sort of macerated fruit or vegetable involved. Think, pickled jelly trifle, smoked salmon with dill pickle cream cheese and a white chocolate and dill pickle mini doughnut. There'll even be pickle-themed entertainment from Vaudeville group-inspired quartet, The Pickle Sisters. Channel your inner Pickle Rick!
