Serving its high-end baked goods, Chinese bakery Ong Ong Buns is about to make its East London debut. Already a foody enclave, Shoreditch welcomes the first London Chinese bakery outside Chinatown.
Serving as a gateway into the world of fine artisan Asian baked goods, the store, brainchild of co-founding couple Aaron and Icy Mo, aims to make a stir with its delicious treats. The duo prides itself on providing fresh, quality, ready-to-eat convenience food — from pineapple cookies to cocktail buns — and can’t wait to make their goodies everyone’s new favourite delight.
The food is fast and flavourful, but also considered. Aaron, a born and bred Londoner, and Chinese Malaysian Icy have thoughtfully put together a selection of delicacies to keep you wanting more.
