Launched by chef Selin Kiazim and GM Laura Christie (the co-founders of Shoreditch's Oklava), Oklava Bakery + Wine is on the same site as their now-closed restaurant Kyseri. An all-day Turkish-Cypriot restaurant and bakery, it will have a focus on freshly-baked goods, with Kiazim creating doughy food inspired by her heritage, such as spiced bread or simit, a circular-shaped bread with a hole in the middle. Open for brunch, lunch and dinner.
