Sushi and sashimi play the lead at this Marylebone Japanese, with the plum seats at the long bar, behind which the itamae get to work. There's a wide array on offer, too, including seasonal sashimi such as razor clam, grouper and abalone. Maki, California rolls, donburi and gunkan maki specials also feature.
Outside of the sushi expect recognisable Japanese staples such as edamame, yakitori, chicken teriyaki, miso soup and vegetable tempura alongside options sea bass koji, wagyu beef nigiri, lobster tacos and fatty tuna tartar served with caviar. Desserts range from red bean dorayaki and mochi ice cream to a green tea crème brûlée and a chocolate praline with wasabi.
