Who said raw and vegan food couldn't be high-end? Not Bayswater hotel La Suite West, which delivers exactly what it promises at in-house restaurant "RAW": fresh, seasonal dishes that never see a stove. Instead, expect soups including Vietnamese gazpacho with chilli and lime, and wild mushroom soup with seasonal truffle; starters including beetroot falafels with Thai basil barbecue sauce, and cauliflower samosas with wasabi honey mustard; and mains including mushroom and quinoa burgers on a sweet potato bun with spicy aioli, and aubergine and butternut squash green curry.
