New Culture Revolution

New Culture Revolution is a Chinese restaurant with a stripped back vibe, serving up the home made wholesome noodle soups and dumplings of Northern China. Before opening in 2001, we sent our head chef to Beijing to study and master the way of the noodle.

We make our own noodles, dumplings and dim sum from fresh ingredients. We also use fresh English pork, fresh beef from Britain and Ireland, and fresh chicken with the statue of the assured red tractor status. We prepare everything ourselves and we assure ourselves about quality, so you too can be assured.

We strongly emphasises the proper combination of fresh ingredients promoting good health, long life and energy by achieving a delicate balance of fibre, protein and vegetables. It’s the healthy eating habit for you.

You will not find any monosodium glutamate (MSG) or any artificial additives in our food. We use only the finest and the most natural ingredients to preserve flavour and goodness - just as nature intended!
