This Brick Lane Moo Cantina is one of three in London - there's one in Pimlico and one in the City, too. It's a colourful, two-floored venue that gives equal billing to drinking and dining - both of which boast plenty of Argentinian influence.
The food menu ranges from empanadas, sweetbreads, chimichurri olives and South American salads to burgers, Argentinian steaks, pizzas and various lomitos - sandwiches popular in Argentina and Chile. Here they are filled with chorizo, wild rocket, roasted peppers and chimichurri sauce, or ribeye steak, roasted peppers, rocket and provolone cheese.
A cocktail list filled with classics - including Latin American favourites such as mojitos, margaritas and caipirinhas, complementing house creations such as the Bloody Moo - a bloody mary with chimichurri. The wine list focuses on bottles from Argentina, Spain and Chile, though Italy and France also feature. Meantime beers are on draught, with Quilmes, Cuzquena, Alhambra and Sol available by the bottle.
