Le Gothique on Wandsworth Common is a gastropub located in an imposing Victorian building that was originally built to educate and train orphans for the military in 1859.
Now used for slightly more positive undertakings, the building houses La Gothique bar and restaurant, which takes its name from the building's style. There’s a range of cask ales and wine on offer and a unique outdoor space set within a walled garden.
There’s an extensive bar menu, featuring classics such as chilli con carne and bangers 'n' mash. If you’re looking for something more upmarket check out the a la carte menu on offer in the restaurant, which includes French dishes loup de mer (sea bass) and tart tatin for dessert.
