A two-AA rosette restaurant at the Millennium Hotel London Knightsbridge, Le Chinois focuses on classic and modern Cantonese cooking.
That means a menu ranging from chicken and sweetcorn soup and aromatic crispy duck with pancakes, spring onions, cucumber and hoi sin sauce to crispy soft-shell crab salad, pan-seared scallops in their shell with white miso sauce and spinach, and whole lobster steamed with Chinese rice wine and egg white.
