Located in the Sofitel Hotel at Heathrow's Terminal 5 (the only hotel with direct walkway access), the fine-dining food at La Belle Epoque is French, but with an Asian twist or two.
They look like good-looking plates. The menu includes dishes such as seared tuna loin with avocado purée, pink grapefruit, radish and shisho, pan-seared scallops with roasted cauliflower, sea aster and a coconut emulsion, and roasted saddle of rabbit with a boudin of chorizo and rabbit legs, a carrot and coriander purée and rabbit jus. Desserts include lychee bavarois with blackberry and mint and a délice of white chocolate with pistachio and cherry sorbet.
