Chepstow’s Khao San is a Thai restaurant that celebrates the five key authentic Thai flavours: spicy, sour, sweet, salty and bitter. It’s named after Bangkok’s iconic Khao San Road and the chefs here have over 10 years’ experience cooking in back in their home country, while the owners used to run the Heron Pub in nearby Paddington.
