British and American beef combines at this upmarket steakhouse at the Grovesnor House hotel on Park Lane, with USDA-grade filets, New York strips and bone-in Kansas City strips alongside various cuts of Aberdeen angus – including their signature, a 32oz tomahawk rib-eye.
The rest of the menu is classic US steakhouse fare, with a little influence from Blighty. That means burgers, smoked short ribs, lobster cobb salad and crab soup with drop scones alongside poshed-up fish and chips and cheese boards with Lincolnshire poacher and Norbury blue.
The drinks list goes big on bourbon, with a huge range of small batch, single barrel, barrel finished and vintage drops available. The wine list dips into worlds old and new, with 20 available by the glass.
