Time Out says

What looks from the street like a run-of-the-mill sandwich shop turns out to hide a series of relaxed rooms, finishing in french windows that open on to a patio garden shaded by vines and a fig tree. The menu is as deceptively extensive as the interior, starting with weekday brunchy breakfasts, moving on to well-dressed lunchtime salads made to order, daily specials, panini, quiche, soup, and burger and chips.

Sandwiches run the gamut of staples, from tuna melt to chicken and bacon, but check out the specials board for more interesting fillings, such as stilton with walnut and pear, or a classic reubens. There are also thick milkshakes, made with real fruit, smoothies, and own-baked cakes and pastries. In the evenings, Johansson’s transforms from café into relaxed restaurant and starts to live up to its Scandinavian name with dishes such as cured salmon, reindeer terrine, own-roasted ham and a lot of fish.
