[title]If you’ve ever been to Canada, then no doubt you would’ve come across Tim Hortons. It’s a cult favourite (often called Tim’s or Timmies) and founded by a Canadian hockey player Tim Horton back in 1964. These days, there are Tim Hortons branches in 13 cities, including UK cities like Birmingham and Leicester. But until now, London has been missing out. That’s about to change.
On July 1 (which happens to be Canada Day!) the first Tim Hortons will open in London in Park Royal at 7am. It’s a drive-through restaurant that will be open daily from 6am to midnight, and will have all the favourite menu items on offer, from signature coffee and delicious donuts to hot sandwiches, wraps and burgers. You’ll also get to find out why the famous Timbits, French Vanilla and Tims Crispy Chicken Sandwich are three of the brand’s best-selling items.
As well as a drive-through for those of you busy Londonders on-the-go, there will also be dine-in seating (enough space for over 100 guests). Plus, delivery options too on Just Eat, Uber Eats and Deliveroo which will be launched within a few weeks of opening day.
To celebrate the occasion, there will be a whole host of giveaways and exclusive deals. The grand prize is a trip to Canada!
