This Croydon bar and restaurant takes its name from the first international airline to fly from the UK to India and the Far East. It's those destinations that inform the menu here, with Indian, Chinese and Indo-Chinese fusion dishes comprising a lengthy list.
There's certainly plenty of choice. Dishes range from tom yum soup, sesame prawn toast, szechuan prawns and kung pao chicken to samosas, paani puri, Kashmiri lamb rogan josh and rada gosht on the bone - a house speciality popular in the Punjabi dhabas of India and Pakistan.
Cocktails show more of a global influence - think new york sours, margaritas, mojitos, caiprinhas and manhattans. The short wine list looks accessible, kicking off at £15 for a Spanish shiraz.
