This Finsbury Park pizzeria isn't just about the pizzas. There's traditional Italian antipasti, seven salads and a range of Venezia breads, too - homemade and brushed with olive oil and garlic.
It's the pizzas, though, that are Hana Maria's bread and butter. The 29-strong list runs from margaritas and Fiorentinas to a Siciliana (with ricotta and lightly fried aubergines) and a Mama Mia - a no-sauce pizza topped with spicy beef, salami from Napoli, spicy salami, chorizo, roasted chicken and garlic.
The dough is made fresh each day, and the pizzas are all cooked in an authentic Italian wood-fired oven. Each can also be ordered by the metre - another Neapolitan tradition.
The wine list features three whites and three reds - all Italian - complemented by two beers (Moretti and Nastro Azzurro), San Pellegrino and San Benedetto mineral water. There's grappa and limoncello, too.
