The owners of this City schnitzel specialist bring an Aussie influence to the classic Austrian dish of crumbed-then-fried chicken breast. That apparently means cold stubbies in hand and Men at Work on the radio.
The schnitzels themselves, though, are authentically Austrian. They come served in a salad box or in a sandwich, served with potato salad, coleslaw, rocket, cucumber and tomato, and sauces that include basil mayo, chilli mayo, chilli salsa and truffle mushroom. You can add bacon, cheese and another schnitzel, if you're hungry.
Desserts are also available – think Nutella doughnuts, brownies made with macadamia nuts, and sticky buns with Nutella and salted caramel.
