Kitchen FM aka two French-born chefs Fabien Spagnolo and Max Truel are bringing their sell-out chef residency to East London. They'll be taking over the kitchens at Crispin in Spitalfields for the next six months. Bringing a small plates dinner menu that changes every week. Expect delights such as Beef tartare, cured egg yolk and black garlic, salmon, tomato consomme and seaweed and roasted mushroom, tarragon broth and walnut.
