Copper Chimney

Time Out says

Copper Chimney serves signature Indian dishes, inspired by its beginning in erstwhile Bombay. It's been sweeping its way through its homeland and become somewhat of a household name. This first UK branch from the Indian restaurant chain marks a new chapter for the restaurant chain.

Found in Westfield London, Shepherds Bush, it serves up a signature food menu, alongside a full-service bar and chai offering. Tuck into aromatic curry dishes cooked from scratch, hours-long marinated grilled goods, slow-cooked lentils and fluffy biryani rice plates all inspired by Copper Chimney's humble beginnings.

Copper Chimney says
Since its launch in 1972 in Mumbai, India, Copper Chimney has become a landmark in the Indian culinary landscape and a legendary brand that has carved a household name for itself across India.

Copper Chimney is an ode to secret recipes and cooking techniques from across Undivided North India. Founded by JK Kapur in 1972 in erstwhile Bombay, Copper Chimney serves up a flavourful melange of its signature Indian dishes, flavours and ingredients.

Every dish was produced from scratch, every curry was simmered for a precise number of hours, each grill was marinated in its own specific closely guarded spice mix; all lentils were slow cooked; biryanis were layered with an almost scientific precision; and each piece of bread was stretched and baked to perfection. And the rest is history. Copper Chimney went on to become a hallmark in the Indian culinary landscape, with presence across India, the UK and the Middle East.

Coupled with an ambiance that encourages cherished moments, your next unforgettable visit awaits!
