A pop-up restaurant from Searcys, located the Gherkin from July 24 to September 1. Guests can book a table for either lunch (£49pp) or dinner (£55pp), during which diners will be treated to a three-course meal inspired by Britain's beautiful coastal regions. The menu features classics with a twist, including Lake District lamb hotpot, Peterhead cod and chips and Aberdeen salmon with cockles. Guests will also be able to choose from a selection of Nyetimber sparkling wine and Plymouth gin cocktails.
