Influenced by the tabernas of Portugal, Claro sits on the former site of Bonnie Gull. Indeed, Bonnie Gull’s co-founder Alex Hunter has teamed up with ex-Londrino chef Leandro Carreira to launch this latest venture. Carreira takes inspiration from his native Portugal for the menu, with grub such as mackerel with smoked seaweed butter and rare breed pork with almonds and chilli.
