Clapham Tandoori

Located on the south side of Clapham Common, Clapham Tandoori has been serving up traditional Indian cuisine to south Londoners for almost 40 years. The menu features several signature dishes, including chicken hariali (chicken breast in ginger, garlic, coriander, lemongrass and Madras sauce), raan mussallam (roasted marinated leg of lamb with an onion and tomato gravy), and chicken xakuti (a spicy south Indian-style chicken curry with freshly ground coconut). With non-stop Bollywood films playing on wall-mounted TVs, the atmosphere is usually pretty lively.
