Expect dishes such as garlic Portobello mushrooms with truffle oil on toast and smoked salmon, cream cheese and dill on a poppy seed roll on the breakfast menu and club sandwiches, huevos rancheros, toasties and a salad of roasted butternut squash with goat's cheese, balsamic vinaigrette, pomegranate and pine nuts.
