This Covent Garden branch of the US-style barbecue chain brings a menu that goes big on all things meat – sure, vegetarians can eat here, but they might feel a little left out. Much of the meat gets the smoke-pit treatment, with ribs, burnt ends, chicken thighs and smoked sausages cooked over oak.
The rest of menu goes from quesadillas, enchiladas, buffalo wings, burgers and hot dogs to chargrilled steaks, cajun swordfish and a Mexican chopped salad with avocado, tomatoes, black beans, radish and wild rice served with a honey, lime and coriander dressing – that's about as veggie as it gets.
The drinks list includes a range of US and British craft beers, alongside classic cocktails.
