This informal Korean restaurant in Soho was the first UK foray from an international chain with outposts in South Korea, China, Japan, Singapore and LA. There's now another London branch, up in Angel. Each offers Bibigo's take on 'Korean fast-food'.
Dishes range from japchae, tofu and chive dumplings and skewers of beef, oyster mushrooms and spring onions glazed with soy ginger sauce to bulgogi, soy braised ribs, dolsot bibimbap and beef brisket with a soybean paste stew. Kimchi features heavily elsewhere.
Keep an eye out for lunchtime specials and dinner deals at both branches.
