This Chinese restaurant (previously known as Zen China) certainly boasts a cracking South Bank setting - it's at County Hall, a few doors down from the London Eye. Grab the right seat and you'll get some very decent views of the river, the Houses of Parliament and Westminster Bridge - it all looks great lit at night. Expect a food menu comprising fusion dishes from across China.
That means dishes such as stir-fried lobster with ginger and spring onion, prawn with lychee and peanut, crispy chicken wrapped with shrimp and served with sweet and sour sauce, and pan-seared scallop with black bean sauce. Dim sum also features, including har gau, siu mai, char siu buns and wild mushroom with puff pastry.
A short wine list features bottles from France, Chile, New Zealand, Italy and Argentina, served alongside a selection of Chinese rice wines and liqueurs.
