This breakfast and brunch restaurant-cum-café comes from a chain that must know the City well - they've got another two venues within the walls. All three offer food influenced by the food of South America, with their speciality coming from marinated chicken grilled to a slight char, and then served with their homemade green sauce.
The South American influence extends to a sandwich selection taking inspiration from Puerto Rico, Argentina, Cuba, Colombia and Uruguay. Expect, then, things like the jibarito (oven roasted chicken breast with a South American salad between fried plantain) and a chivito from Uruguay (focaccia with steak, mozzarella, fresh tomatoes, olives, bacon and mayo).
The breakfast selection is a little more recognisable - think sausage sandwiches, omelettes, full Englishes and slices of toast with butter. But if you want something a little more exotic? Try the pericos - a traditional Colombian dish of sautéed spring onions and tomatoes mixed into scrambled eggs.
