Kayaking London: Ride the Yule Tide

A tour by kayak along the Thames, taking advantage of the river's strong tidal flow to help participants on their way. Double kayaks are used and experienced coaches guide those taking part past such riverside landmarks as Battersea Power Station, Westminster Palace, the London Eye, and Shakespeare's Globe. A stop for refreshments breaks the four-hour tour and riding the flooding tide means that the trip is not too strenuous. No previous experience is necessary. Over-18s.
