Viva Latin America!

The ensemble Machaca (which includes cellist Gemma Rosefield, violinist Lizzie Ball, O-Duo percussion pair, Phuong Nguyen, accordion and Emma Smith on double bass) is led by Mexican award-winning guitarist Morgan Szymanski. It embarks on a journey through the music of Latin America's best-known composers from Cuba, Argentina, Brazil, Mexico and Venezuela. Plus, works written especially for this innovative group by James Pearson and Stephen McNeff.
