Schubert's 'Schwanengesang'

The tenor James Gilchrist, accompanied by pianist Julius Drake, sings Schubert's evocative song cycle, composed at the end of his life and setting words by Ludwig Rellstab, Heinrich Heine and Johann Gabriel Seidl. It was published posthumously a few months after Schubert's death.
