The Kings Place Festival continues with an ambitious programme of 100 events in just three days.
Beast Quest: The Wizard Aduro

Calling all valiant Beast Quest fans - the good wizard Aduro needs your help! Join in with this interactive event to solve cryptic puzzles, free the Beasts from Malvel’s evil spell and participate in a Beast Quest Tournament.
Kids' Art Workshop: Pam and Katie English
9.30am / Gallery Level (-1)
Focusing on the theme of recycling, Pam and Katie English will provide drop-in activities making hats and jewellery. Made simply by using recycled Kings Place flyers and brochures, and with paper and pen decoration, children and their families will be able to create a colourful brooch, bangle or musical shaker to take home with them as a memento of the day.
The Little Prince: A Musical Painting by Thierry Huillet

French composer and pianist Thierry Huillet and acclaimed Romanian violinist Clara Cernat present a musical painting inspired by Antoine de Saint-Exupery's classic story and allegory, The Little Prince.

Painter Gina Southgate will take up residence in the foyers to capture the artists whilst they are playing on the Box Office and -2 stages.
Folk in a Box

Folk in a Box is a unique one-on-one music venue and performance space. One audience member is allowed in at a time. The door is closed behind them. They are given one song, performed by one musician. Once inside you will be treated to your very own, very intimate concert experience with a mystery artists.

At the heart of this programme is Leos Janácek's visceral and intense love story 'The Diary of One Who Disappeared', about a young Moravian farmer who has been seduced by a Roma girl, Zofka. This performance may not be what you expect; not song-singing dramatised so much as redefined.
The Songmen

The Songmen are an international a cappella ensemble. Their programme features many songs from the group’s celebrated album Midnight, as well as other favourites.
