French pianists François-Frédéric Guy and Jean-Efflam Bavouzet present two French masterpieces for the ballet, in keyboard arrangements. Debussy made his own transcription of 'Jeux' for two hands, which Jean-Efflam Bavouzet has enlarged to give more sense of the original orchestral textures. And it was with Debussy that Stravinsky first performed his own four-hand version of 'The Rite of Spring'. (A BBC Radio 3 lunchtime broadcast concert.)
