The day begins at 12.45pm with a pre-service talk by Alan Gibbs, then at 1.1 5pm Lunchtime Requiem: Introit: Northcott's 'The Doubting of Thomas'; Mass: Fauré's Requiem; Gradual Motet: Bowlby's 'Christ is the fruitful vine'; Communion Motet: Gibbs's 'De Profundis' (world premiere); Voluntary: Winters Evening Voluntary. Then, at 5.30pm Choral Evensong at Southwark Cathedral – followed at 8pm by The Choral Music of Bob Chilcott

The Elysian Singers directed by Sam Laughton perform works

including Advent Antiphons and 'A Little JazzMass' (£8-£10).
