The festival continues at 12.30pm with a pre-concert talk by Cecilia McDowall at the Purcell Room, Southbank Centre. Followed at 1pm by a celebration of Cecilia McDowall's Choral Music, with The Choir of St Pancras Church directed by Christopher Batchelor.
McDowall's 'A Canterbury Mass'; 'Regina Caeli'; 'Ave Regina'; 'Ave Maria'; 'Alma Redemptoris Mater'; 'Psallite Domino'; 'I have done what is mine to do'. Then, at 5.30pm in St Pancras Prish Church –The Choral Music of Jonathan Harvey. University College London Chamber Choir directed by Charles Peebles perform 'The Angels, Remember'; 'OLord, I love the Lord'; 'The Royal Banners Forward go, Thou'; 'Mastering me God'; and 'God is our Refuge'. Then, at 7pm in St Alban-the-Martyr, Holborn – 'The Ice Mountain', a semi-staged opera by Ron Corp. The New London Childrens' Choir (£8-£10).
