West Londoners are largely deprived of really, really good nightclubs in comparison to the eastern counterparts. Take a look at Time Out’s roundup of London’s best clubs, and you’ll see it’s dominated by venues in the likes of Dalston, Hackney, Brixton and Shoreditch. But, finally west London could be getting some parties to rival the ones on the other side of the city.
Exhibition White City is the brainchild of entertainment brand Broadwick, the same people behind Printworks (which is officially returning in 2026) and Drumsheds. It first opened in an ex-power station in White City in 2020 but recently closed for a big refurb.
Now, it’s back. The 2,800 capacity hybrid space is revived and ready to host everything from electronic music nights to fashion and corporate events. There’s a mezzanine with views of the stage, a retail space for merch and a large ground floor bar for beverages pre and post show.
In the coming months, Exhibition will host afro-beats star Davido, clubnight RnB and Slow Jams, grimes artist Chip, Solid Pink Disco with DJ Trixie Mattel and in September will be the home of the Margins United festival by Asian and South East Asian collective Eastern Margins.
Joe Grant, live music booker at Broadwick, said: ‘Bringing Exhibition back online as a live music venue has been incredibly rewarding. As you’d expect from a Grade II listed building, it’s visually stunning with bags of character, but it’s also versatile.
‘We’re getting a lot of interest from a wide variety of promoters and artists, all who want to put their stamp on the space.’
London nightlife favourites The Cause are opening a new club in Hackney this weekend.
