1. Work up a sweat at MTV's Body SOS pop-up. From 7am to 7pm on Kings Cross station's concourse you can take part in yoga, HIIT and body confidence classes, ask experts your burning fitness questions and hop on a 'smoothie bike' which blends drinks as you ride. It's free to take part.

2. See old fag packets turned into tiny little football shirts at Leo Fitzmaurice's show at The Sunday Painter in Stockwell. His smokey-sporty creations are part of Condo, a citywide exhibition with dozens of international art galleries collaborating with London spaces. It's free to attend.

3. See 300 years of history through a female lens at the Foundling Museum's new exhibition 'First Amongst Equals', where seven society-shaping women pick era-defining objects from the museum's collection that speak to them. Head along between 10am and 5pm, adult entry is £11.
