1. It's Burns Night, and spirits will be high thanks to a traditional ceilidh, and flowing thanks to Charlie’s Bar at Blackhorse Workshop’s celebrations. Arrive at 7pm hungry for a haggis supper and don your finest stripes for Burns brownie points. Tickets are £20, plus a booking fee.

2. Bend and stretch at 'Gyal Flex', a hip hop yoga and meditation session soundtracked to beats by Nicki Minaj, Drake and Kendrick Lamar. The class starts at Hoxton Bar and Kitchen at 7pm. It's £15 plus a booking fee to take part.

3. On the last Thursday of each month, the taps at the Tate Modern are taken over by a British craft brewery at the Tate Tap Takeover. Today it's Brighton's Lost + Found A.BL brewery. Tickets start from £15 for five thirds (190ml) of beer and a chance to talk to the people behind the pints. Head to the gallery's Terrace Bar for 6:30pm.
