Get pumped for coffee cocktails, as the world’s biggest espresso martini menu is soon to be unveiled in London. The Espresso Martini Society will be popping up in Soho for just six weeks from Friday April 20, and the bar is promising to serve 20 variations on everybody’s favourite coffee cocktail. That makes it the biggest menu of its kind in the world.
Punters will enter through a mystery door to a bar with a speakeasy vibe, a late licence and a whopping menu of espresso martinis to work through. All drinks will have Oubu coffee at their base (drinks can be decaf upon request), along with coffee liqueur and vodka. And then the rest is cocktail madness, with twists and turns made to the drink we all know and love. Look out for a cheesecake take on the classic drink alongside bevvies with names like The Dirty Banana, The Merry Berry, The A-List Avocado and The Irish One.
These 20 takes on the coffee cocktail will each cost between £10 and £15, and will be served alongside a list of coffee-inspired beers, plus wines and spirits. You know, in case espresso martinis aren’t really your bag (what?!).
If, like us, you can’t want until April to get in on the caffeinated action, you can book ahead for one-hour-45-minute-long sessions. Bookings cost £10 per person and include a welcome espresso martini, although walk-ins are also being encouraged. The exact location is under wraps, but visitors are advised to ‘look out for the queen’ on Moor Street. Yep, we’ve no idea either. Maybe sniff out those coffee beans instead?
The Espresso Martini Society pops up for six weeks from Friday April 20 and will be open from Thursday to Saturday, until it closes on May 27. Find it on 12 Moor St, W1D 5NG. Tickets cost £10 and include a complimentary cocktail. You can book ahead here and read all about it on the website.
