Here’s one way to fast track your seasonal buzz, though. Over 100 London pubs are offering up a G&T to customers in exchange for one thing and one thing only: a cucumber.
Waggle your finest green fruit at bar staff across Young’s pubs and Geronimo Inns in London on Tuesday and you’ll receive a complimentary Hendrick’s Gin and tonic (with a cucumber garnish, naturally). So grab your cucumber currency and raise a glass to the new season.
