Want to mix your business time with pleasure? Concerned there are too many dicks on the dancefloor? Well, on Friday January 26th, all of your freakiest dreams could come true at Bethnal Green Working Men’s Club's Flight of the Conchords Disco.
Brought to you by the good folk of Massive Arms Promotions (and who wouldn’t trust a name like that?), the night will entail all manner of Bret’n’Jemaine-themed treats, including Concords karaoke and a host of FOTC-approved tunes (yes, that includes Simon and Garfunkel) – all in the chintzy surrounds of East London’s premier retro nightspot.
Still steadfastly staying in this January? Not to worry. Across the coming months, they’ll also be heading to the Brixton Ritzy for a Mighty Boosh disco and a night dedicated to Alan Partridge (back of the net!), while later this year they’ll be celebrating all things Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
So grab your box sets and get swotting: London nightlife’s about to get niche.
