Can you believe that Pitchfork Festival London is celebrating its fifth edition in 2025? It seems like it was only yesterday that the music publication was launching its debut London edition, offering an event purpose-made for the capital’s music geeks – yet four Pitchfork Fests have been and gone since the first in 2021.

Pitchfork London is returning to the capital for 2025 from November 4 to 8, and it’s just announced a first wave of names that are fittingly huge for a fifth birthday. As before, Pitchfork London will feature a massive range of artists – from metal and indie rock to hip-hop and electronica – and be spread over several of the capital’s best venues.

Pitchfork London 2025 headliners

Pitchfork Festival London will have three headliners in 2025, of which the biggest (judged by the capacity of the show) will be King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard at the Royal Albert Hall on November 4. The Aussie psych rockers headlined Wide Awake just last year, but the Pitchfork set will be notable for being a one-off orchestral performance with Covent Garden Sinfonia Orchestra.

Next up is hyped electronic pop artist Oklou, whose headlining slot at Pitchfork was announced back in February. Oklou’s Choke Enough is one of Time Out’s best albums of 2025 so far, and she’ll play the Roundhouse (supported by a very trendy lineup of Erika De Casier, Malibu and Nick León) on November 7.

The last headliner is iconic experimentalist Laurie Anderson, who’ll be at the Roundhouse on November 8. Anderson will be joined by New York City jazz collective (and her frequent collaborators) SexMob.

The rest of the lineup

As for the rest? There’s a showcase at Colour Factory with 10K Global (a record label run by rapper MIKE), then there’s legendary ‘90s rockers Unwound at KOKO and composer Kali Malone at EartH. Panchiko, Indigo De Souza, underscores and Jay Som among the names featured in this year’s Dalston Takeover.

Here’s a poster of all the names confirmed for Pitchfork London so far.
