It’s that time of week again. If you’ve got plans that involve getting the tube this weekend, make sure you plan ahead. The weekend tends to be the best time for TfL to get work done on its services and cause minimal disruption. That means that several stations will be closed and some services won’t be running.

Obviously it’s not ideal, but needs must. So, here are all the tube closures and disruptions to be aware of this weekend.

Piccadilly line

There will be no Piccadilly line service between Hyde Park Corner and Cockfosters on Saturday from 1am to 3.30am. Then from 3.30am Saturday and all day Sunday there’s no service between King's Cross St. Pancras and Cockfosters. Replacement buses will be available instead.

There’s no trains running between Rayners Lane and Uxbridge, due to a shortage of trains while TfL deals with damage caused by leaf fall. TfL recommends that you use the Metropolitan line.

Waterloo & City line

There’s no service on the Waterloo and City line on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

DLR

On Saturday, there’s no DLR service between Tower Gateway and Shadwell, and between Poplar / Stratford International and Woolwich Arsenal / Beckton. And on Sunday, there’ll be no DLR train running between Poplar / Stratford International and Woolwich Arsenal / Beckton. Travellers will be able to get replacement buses along the route.

Elizabeth line

From 12.40am to 7.40am on Sunday, no Elizabeth line trains are running between Paddington and Ealing Broadway. Then from 7.40am there will be a reduced service Paddington and Heathrow Terminal 4 / Maidenhead. Acton Main Line, West Ealing and Hanwell stations will all be closed.

Overground

Mildmay

The Mildmay Overground line will be partly closed over the weekend again. There’s no service between Gospel Oak and Stratford on Saturday or Sunday.

On Saturday, trains running from Clapham Junction between 9.04pm and 10.34pm will terminate at Willesden Junction and the 11.19pm train from Clapham Junction won’t be running.

On Sunday,  trains at 08.48am and 09.33am to Clapham Junction start at Shepherds Bush instead of Willesden Junction while the first westbound train from Gospel Oak will be at 09.27am and the 10.03am train from Gospel Oak to Clapham Junction will start at Willesden Junction.
